    Apply a few drops into your palm and rub your hands together. Place your hands in front of your face and take a deep breath in. As you exhale, you can state your favourite affirmation, such as, “I am grounded, present, and at peace.”

100/10 stars for this product!! Fair-skinned and tired of so called “skin experts” recommending me retinol and vitamin C’s and niacinamides… all leaving me flaking and itchy with a rash! This is the only oil I will ever choose to use on my face. As someone who has been skeptical of most products, especially oils, due to my sensitive and eczema prone skin, I can whole-heartedly say that this is one I will consistently use every night. It plumps my face and makes it feel so much more alive. Especially in the dreads of winter, this oil is a lifesaver and lasts ages. Mia’s Frankincense oil is pretty much the only facial/beauty product I will ever prioritise.
