Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and the nature of skincare, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We do, however, accept returns in the rare event of a documented adverse reaction to our Elixir.
If you experience a reaction, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
To request a return in this case, we may ask for details about your experience and photos to help us understand what occurred. We request this information as part of our commitment to transparency and awareness — it helps us better understand how different skin types may respond and ensures we remain mindful in how we support our customers.
In case of faulty packaging, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange for a new product.
